Not the biggest of his spring on Dinton White Swan for Jason but just look at it!!!! Smile says it all. Continue reading

Wez has been out and about again on his Nene valley syndicate. Although the ultimate prize unfortunately died this spring, Affos here isn’t a bad consolation prize! Wez has since recaught this fish, seemingly can’t get enough of the squid. Attention to detail and consistent baiting the downfall. Good solid angling as always mate. Continue reading

Jason Walker is a relatively new customer to Trent. Having known about us for years he finally decided to give it a go. Fishing over the tricky Dinton White Swan, he’s got off to a flyer!!! Fishing the Shrimp for the first trips he’s had numerous fish and multiple hits of fish which isn’t a shy feat on that lake. In his words “I’ve had the best spring ever!!” The 34lb best known as baby Bruno is one of many fish we can share. Well done mate and welcome aboard. Continue reading

Dylan Kent was over the moon and rightly so with this beautifully coloured 30lb+ common. Fishing a glugged squid bottom bait over an array of our boilies was the winning tactic. Using light leads to keep disturbance down on the far margin helped keep the fish grubbing around undisturbed. Well done Dylan lovely capture mate Continue reading

Callum’s been back out catching consistently as usual. Fishing with his favoured shrimp with one of our lovely little pink balls over the top has kept the bobbins dancing. Well done mate Continue reading

Matty Bennett has been out on a trip to the famous Savay recently. Fishing plenty of shrimp with matching hookbaits over the top temped 7 bites in 3 nights. At 47Ib spud here was a definite highlight, what a fish! Continue reading

There’s no doubting the effectiveness of certain baits but sometimes when your trying to catch that one particular “big n”, a good old fashioned boilie approach can reign supreme. This is exactly how John Hill caught blind eye at over 43lb. This fish loves a bit of shrimp and has been caught several times on it. Again reiterating a good food source won’t blow.Fishing over a big bed (eventually 15kg over the session) this one came and was passing the shrimp all over the sling.A lovely character and a good bit of angling to catch it.Well done pal never in doubt. We haven’t seen Wesley much of recent due to not fishing too much but when a certain ticket came up he got his arse back in gear.In true Wez style he hit the ground running and has already racked up multiple fish. This cracking original common being just one!Wez is meticulous with his fishing and is a fantastic “spot” finder he could find 3 pieces of gravel where there aren’t any!!His favoured squid approach doing him proud. Plenty more to come we reckon!  Continue reading

Not a bad start for Steve who was out at Parco del Brenta in Italy. Caught within a very short time of casting out on the squid. Continue reading
