With rivers not being in the best of shapes he hasn’t been much over the winter. But what he describes as his perfect conditions where here, he wasted no time shutting his garage door and heading for the mighty Trent. Having not been fishing much in the winter Aaron decided to take advantage of the lovely Feb conditions we’ve had and head to the lovely Northy Park. Old mill lakes up at Market Raisen has to be one of the best venues in the country for big n’s per acre. A ridiculous stock of carp which Ashley Arnold recently took advantage of on a winter ticket. Richard Ince recently headed down to the infamous Black swan. Deploying zigs soaked to death in his beloved TMP he sat back to enjoy the evening. Not really anticipating this absolutely stunning scaley creature to make an appearance !! There’s no denying the effectiveness of zigs but get a couple of pots and soak your foams in liquids adds another dimension.
