A balance of fishmeal’s and milk proteins with bird foods including the famous Haiths Robin Red. Optimum levels of soluble ingredients creating superior attraction, nutrition absorption and digestibility. Enhanced with amino compounds, vitamins and minerals and finished off with the best Squid flavour/attractor in the industry. An old school classic.

SSD Pro9

Formulated for cold water use in particular although can be used all year round. The highly digestible Pro9 contains a blend of premium nutritional ingredients including crushed seeds, HNV milks and bird foods that are easily absorbed in very cold temperatures. Finished with our unique SSD attractor package that boosts metabolism as well as tasting sweet and fruity/creamy. This bait has a proven track record on the most demanding venues.

Red Berry Damson Cream (Available Nov-Feb Only)

The Red Berry Damson Cream bait has been specifically designed for cold water use. Being lower in proteins and higher in digestible energy, it’s giving the carp more of what they need and want when the water temps are cold. Being quite soft in nature it’s very digestible and we recommend using a hook bait of some description if the rods are to be left out for prolonged periods i.e. Over night. The bait wont fall of the hair but may be susceptible to pest species.

It’s a delicate blend of milks, liver, yeast, bird foods, crushed seeds and robin red. Making it quite a bright bait and a bit different to your normal bland/pale colours usually associated with that style of bait. This is rounded off with our mouth-watering Damson Cream attractor package. A blend of plum, cream and sweeteners.

OUR STABILISED STORY

After years of development we are finally ready to go. After trying 100’s of batches with the “normal” way of doing shelflifes we just weren’t happy. We also couldn’t get our baits to not go off after 4-5 months without using very high levels of the normal preserves or drying the baits to death. Neither of which we wanted to do.

We now feel we have the perfect compromise. If kept sealed and looked after (ie not in sunlight and in a cool place), these baits will last 10-12 months before they will start to turn. The packaging is also key as it doesn’t allow the bait to breath. Once opened the bait should be used within 6-8 weeks as oxygen and moisture will have entered the bag and will set the bait off. It’s not an exact science as there are too many variables temperature/moisture etc…

The preserves/stabilisers we have settled on are human grade and water soluble. This meaning once in water, the bait will absorb it and the preserves wash out over time. The baits being soluble, it doesn’t take too long giving you what we believe to be as close to a freezer bait in terms of solubility and activity as possible.
